CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate clients on the waiting list. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount. Clients who fail to arrive to their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service fee. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have an emergency situation, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
